Minimum Publication Guarantee

If we are unable to publish your article on a minimum of 100 or 300 news websites depending upon the package you choose, you are eligible for a full refund. We may offer the option to redo the order, but you always have the choice of a full refund.

Refunds During Writing Process

During the article writing or review process, if you decide to cancel for any reason, we can offer a 50% refund. You will still receive the completed article and have the opportunity for revisions.

Refunds During Publishing Process

Refunds cannot be granted once the publishing process has started. We are unable to stop a publication in progress, and the costs associated with publishing are non-refundable. Please thoroughly review your article before sending it to us or approving it for publication.

Refunds After Completion

If the text of the article you provided or approved does not match the live publications, we offer a free removal and republish. This policy does not cover differences in formatting or image/video placement, as these are controlled by individual news sites.

Please note that all refund requests are subject to review and approval. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your request.
